Garlic Naan is an essential part of the Indian dining experience, and at Tandoor House, we take our bread seriously. Our naan is made from scratch using traditional techniques – the dough is hand-stretched and slapped onto the walls of our blazing hot tandoor oven, where it bakes in minutes.
The intense heat of the tandoor creates that distinctive charred spots and slight puffiness that makes authentic naan so special. Fresh from the oven, each naan is brushed with melted butter and topped with fresh garlic and cilantro. The result is a warm, soft, aromatic bread with a slight char and incredible garlic flavor.
