Butter Chicken, also known as Murgh Makhani, is the crown jewel of North Indian cuisine. At Tandoor House, we prepare this classic using traditional techniques passed down through generations. Our version starts with succulent chicken pieces that are marinated in yogurt and spices, then roasted in our tandoor for that distinctive smoky flavor.
